How does DynaSky handle monthly bill?

If you are a global unlimited calling plan user, DynaSky will make one charge at the beginning of the month which includes current monthly fee, international long distance charge from the previous month, and "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges".

If you are not a global unlimited calling plan user, your credit card will be charged for the monthly fee and Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges when the account is activated. Since the second billing cycle, your monthly payment will include monthly fee, Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges, and the local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge for the former month.

Will I receive a paper bill?

No. We will charge your credit card automatically every month. You don't need to receive bills and make payments by yourself.

What payment methods do DynaSky accept?

In order to protect your property security, we only accept credit cards, including Visa, Master, American Express and Discover.

How to update my credit card information?

What will happen if DynaSky is not able to charge through my credit card?

If DynaSky is not able to put a charge through your credit card, your service could be interrupted at any time. To avoid this situation, please update your credit card. If your account already has an overdue balance, please make the payment after your credit card information has been updated.

What are the one-time charges when purchasing DynaSky Home Phone?

DynaSky does not charge for device deposit or device fee. When you sign up for the service, you will need to pay the following one-time charges:

Shipping and handling fee: $6.95/box (If you got the DynaSky Home Phone Box from DynaSky retail store or authorized dealer store, you don't need to pay for shipping and handling fee.)

Activation fee: $29.95

These charges could be waived based on different promotions.

Why do I have multiple charges on one monthly bill?

Here are some possibilities:

  • For new customers, your credit card has been charged with activation fee and shipping and handling fee during sign up. When you use your DynaSky/Damai phone service for the first time, the monthly fee and "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges" for the first month is automatically charged. Therefore, you will see 2 charges on your credit card statement during the first month.
  • For all the unlimited calling plan users, DynaSky/Damai phone will make one charge within 5 to 7 business days of your bill date which includes current monthly fee, "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges", and international long distance charge from the previous month.
  • If you are not an unlimited calling plan user, your credit card will be charged for the monthly fee and Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges when the account is established. Since the second billing cycle, your monthly payment will include monthly fee, Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges, and the local, domestic long distance and international long distance charge for the former month.

What are the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges?

The DynaSky/Damai phone service Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges is an additional government mandatory fee for your DynaSky/Damai phone service. DynaSky Damai uses this fee to pay our regulatory-related fees and expenses, including federal, state and local telecommunications regulatory fees and charges, state and local taxes, emergency dialing fees, access charges for US and foreign publicly switched networks, intellectual property and network confidentiality charges, number portability charges, and related legal and administrative fees. It is $3.95 per phone number per month. If you are a Global Unlimited Annual Plan user, you will be charged the per annum amount upon your sign up.

How much is the DynaSky/Damai phone service Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges?

$3.95 per phone number per month, or $47.40 per phone number per annum.

What fees are included in the "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges"?

Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges includes Federal, state, provincial, county, municipal and local governments may assess regulatory fees, contribution fees, emergency dialing charges, taxes, surcharges and other compliance fees on your DynaSky service. These charges may be assessed to you as a flat monthly fee, a percentage of your DynaSky monthly service charges or both, and may change from time to time without notice. Such charges are in addition to your DynaSky/Damai phone service charges and will be charged to your account according to the plan or payment method you have selected. Applicable portions of such fees and charges are paid to governmental agencies, third parties or retained by DynaSky to offset applicable costs associated with your subscription for DynaSky services.

What are my monthly recurring costs?

Your recurring monthly charges will include the monthly fee of the DynaSky/Damai phone service plan you have chosen, plus "Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges ", which will be collected with a flat $3.95 monthly fee, a percentage of your DynaSky/Damai phone monthly service charges or both."

How are the Applicable Regulatory/Compliance Fees and Charges?

Monthly plan customers are to be charged on monthly basis along with service fees each month. The $3.95 flat fee will appear as a separate item from service charges in the DynaSky Damai statement. However, it will only show the total of these two amounts in customer's credit card statement. Annual plan customers are to be charged upon signup.
