Can I return my Damai TV Box?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Damai TV Box, you may return the device and accompanying accessories for a full refund* as long as it is within the time frame of the 30-day trial and the device and accompanying accessories are in good condition.

*Please understand that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels and do not cover any shipping costs should you choose to return the device and accompanying accessories by mail.

Do I need to cancel my service before making a return?

Yes, please call Damai customer service at 1-888-681-4588, and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you.

How do I return my Damai Box?

Please place your Damai TV Box and all accompanying accessories in the original packaging and choose one of the options below:

a) Return in store: If you purchased a Damai TV Box at a Damai store, please visit the closest location near you, and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you.

b) Return by mail: If you purchased a Damai TV Box through our online website, you may either visit the closest Damai store near you to make a return, or you may use the shipping service of your choice to mail back your Damai TV Box and all accompanying accessories in the original packaging. Please understand that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

c) Return to third-party retailer: Only applicable to customers who purchased a Damai TV Box through one of our authorized third-party retailers. For more information, please directly contact the retailer from which the device was purchased.

How long do I have to return my Damai TV Box?

You must return your Damai TV Box and accompanying accessories in the original packaging within the time frame of the 30-day trial to either a Damai store or to the Damai RMA Department by mail. Should you choose to return by mail, please note that the postmarked date on your shipping label must still be within the time frame of the 30-day trial. You will not be eligible for a refund if the postmarked date on the shipping label is not within the applicable return window.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow up to 15 days from the time your package was received to process your return.

My Damai TV Box isn’t working. Do I qualify for an exchange?

You may exchange your current Damai TV Box for a new one if you meet all the following requirements:

1) Your Damai TV subscription is currently active
2) No physical or liquid damage to the device
3) You have performed basic troubleshooting (Please refer to “Systems and Software” for troubleshooting tips) but the box continues to malfunction

If you meet all the requirements stated above, please either:

2) Visit the closest Damai store near you, and one of our customer representatives will be happy to assist you.

If there has been physical or liquid damage to the device, but your Damai TV subscription is currently active, you may replace the device by paying an additional replacement fee.

Can I replace accompanying accessories?

Yes, all accompanying accessories may be replaced at extra cost to you.
