What is my DynaSky phone number?

ATA subscriber:

After installation, please use your DynaSky Home Phone to call your mobile phone or other phone with caller ID feature. And then you can see your number from it.

If you applied to transfer your number, before the process is completed, this number is your temporary phone number. After your number has been successfully transferred to DynaSky, your phone number will be the number you transferred, and the temporary number will cease to be effective.

Damai Phone App subscriber:

After installation and registration, please use Damai Phone APP to call your other phone with caller ID feature. And then you can see your number from it.

If you applied to transfer your number, before the process is completed, this number is your temporary phone number. After your number has been successfully transferred to DynaSky, your phone number will be the number you transferred, and the temporary number will cease to be effective.

If you are subscribed to DynaSky Home Phone and Damai Phone App bundle plan, you can choose to subscribe an additional phone number ($3.95/month) that you can receive incoming calls via Damai Phone App.

What is the 588 number of DynaSky Home Phone and Damai Phone App? What can I do with this number?

The 588 number is the internal number of your DynaSky Home Phone or Damai Phone App. The number is on your DynaSky Home Phone ATA Box. In additions, the 588 number is also listed in the welcome email when you first subscribed the service online. DynaSky Home Phone or Damai Phone App provides you free in-network calling service. Every DynaSky Home Phone or Damai Phone App user can make free DynaSky-to-DynaSky calls by dialing each other’s 588 number.

If you are subscribed to DynaSky Home Phone and Damai Phone App bundle plan, you will be assigned with two different 588 numbers.

I can’t find my area code. What should I do?

As long as there is working internet, you can use DynaSky Home Phone service. DynaSky can provide area codes for almost anywhere in US. But if you can’t find your area code during registration, here are the options for you.

You can choose an area code for the region that is near you, or any area code in the country you like. The area code will not affect your calling rate at all. You may also transfer your existing number to DynaSky.

Can I change my DynaSky Home Phone plan at any time I want?

You can upgrade your plan at any time you want without any charges. When you want to downgrade your plan, there are several different circumstances. If you are still in the 30 day period after registration, you don’t need to pay for anything to change plan. If you are in a contract, you need to pay a $29.95 fee to downgrade your plan. If you are a non-contract plan customer, or your contract has expired, you can change your plan any time with no charges.

Can I cancel DynaSky Home Phone at anytime I want?

In order to let you try our service with no worries, DynaSky Home Phone offers you a 30 days money back guarantee. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can cancel the service and get a full refund hassle-free. After 30 days, if you want to cancel our service within contractual period, a $99.95 early termination fee will apply. If you are a non-contract plan customer, or your contract has expired, you can cancel at any time with no charges.

How can I cancel DynaSky Home Phone service?

After your cancellation request has been admitted, please send the DynaSky Phone Box back to the address that our customer support representative provided. Your service cancellation will only be considered as successful, upon our receipt of your returned device.

If I move to another place, what should I do with my DynaSky Home Phone service?

No matter you are moving to a new place or traveling abroad, you can take the DynaSky Phone Box anywhere in the world. As long as you install it correctly and connect it with the internet, you can use it to make or receive phone calls easily from the same number and with the same rate.
