I can’t process software update on the newly unpacked Damai box, what do I do?

Please contact customer service and provide your box’s MAC address and SN number ready.

When I turn on the Damai, why do I see "the network is not connected, please set up the network"?

Please make sure your Damai has network connection and internet access.

Why is the time on the box not synchronized?

Please wait a few minutes, while Damai system synchronizes with the Android system.
