Is the voicemail feature free?

Yes. It’s completely free. You can use it without worry.

How to set up my voicemail pin and receive voicemail message through email?

Please call our 24/7 hour customer support hotline to manage the feature.

Please note: for newly signed up users, it takes 24 hours for the voicemail to function correctly.

Can I setup Voicemail and Call Forwarding features at the same time?

Yes, but these 2 features can’t be used at the same time.

If you have setup your voicemail, your unanswered calls will go to your voicemail, and messages will be sent to your email account.

If you activate Call Forwarding, the voicemail feature will be deactivated and the call forwarding feature will be turned on, until you deactivate the Call Forwarding the Voicemail will be reactivated. You may reach our 24/7 customer service at 1-888-681-4588 for assistances.

How to record my personal greetings?

From your DynaSky phone, press “*97” and then you will be asked to enter your preset password.

From other phone, dial your DynaSky Home phone number and press “*” when you hear the voicemail prompt. Then you will be asked to enter your preset password.

Select one of the mailbox options:

[0] Mailbox Option
   [1] Record Unavailable Greeting
   [2] Record Busy Greeting
   [3] Record Your Name
   [4] Record Temporary Message
   [5] Change Your Password
   [*] Return to Main Menu

How do I access my Voicemail by phone?

From your DynaSky phone, press “*97” and then you will be asked to enter your preset password.

From other phone, dial your DynaSky Home phone number and press “*” when you hear the voicemail prompt. Then you will be asked to enter your preset password.

Select one of the voicemail menu options:

[1] Listen to Voicemails
   [3] Advanced Options
   [4] Play Previous Message
   [5] Play Current Message
   [6] Play Next Message
   [7] Delete Current Message
   [8] Forward Message
   [9] Save Message
   [#] Exit
   [*] Return to Main Menu

Caller ID

Is the Caller ID feature the same as in traditional phone service?

Yes. When a call comes in, you will see the phone number of the caller and the name if the number is registered.

Does Caller ID show the name of the caller?

Yes, DynaSky Home Phone shows the name registered for the number at carriers, and if the caller chooses to display name.

Is the Caller ID feature included in all service plans?

Yes. Caller ID is a free feature that comes with all of our service plans.
